How it began
One chocolate. One Shabbat dinner.
I made the first chocolate for the event I run called Shaboot Camp — a warm, intentional gathering aimed at helping people reconnect with the beautiful tradition of Shabbat dinner. It was so well received that I made the second flavor for the next month's event.
A month later, I had a whole line of flavors inspired by the places I had lived and travelled. Each built in four layers. Each finished by hand. Each named in the language of the place it draws from.
